Absolutely. Upon request, every batch of wear parts and structural components can be accompanied by a comprehensive Material Test Report (MTR). This includes detailed documentation of the spectroscopic chemical analysis, mechanical property tests, and heat treatment records.

We rely on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), specifically Digital Ultrasonic Testing (UT) and Dye Penetrant Testing (PT). These methods allow our technicians to detect hidden internal voids, shrinkage, or micro-cracks beneath the surface without damaging the component, guaranteeing maximum operational integrity.

We utilize state-of-the-art Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and digital level/angle gauges in a climate-controlled inspection room. This guarantees that all aftermarket parts replicate original factory tolerances down to the micron, ensuring a zero-fitment failure rate upon installation.
