Yes. Our Reverse Engineering team specializes in legacy and custom equipment. Even without original drawings, we can recreate precision blueprints through onsite 3D scanning or by analyzing samples provided by the client.
How do you validate the performance of new alloy formulas?
All new formulations undergo a triple-validation protocol: 1. Metallurgical laboratory testing for hardness and impact toughness; 2. Computerized wear-cycle simulation; 3. Limited-batch trial runs in controlled mining environments before full market release.
What software tools do your engineering teams use?
We use industry-standard engineering stacks, including SolidWorks for 3D modeling, AutoCAD for precision drafting, and specialized FEA/CAE tools for structural stress and foundry flow simulations.
